Restful Sleep provides free standard delivery across the mainland using our own delivery team. Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days and delivered Monday to Friday. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on route planning and operational demand.

Our drivers deliver to your doorstep only unless otherwise agreed in advance. The Customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property. If no one is available at the time of delivery or access is restricted, a re-delivery charge may apply.

A £100 delivery surcharge applies to all orders destined for Wales and Scotland to account for regional logistics costs.

The Customer must inspect the mattress upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
