Returns Policy

Restful Sleep accepts returns within 30 days of delivery if the mattress is in clean, hygienic condition, free from stains, odours, and damage, and the original law label is attached. We cannot accept returns for stained, soiled, damaged, or custom-made mattresses, or mattresses that fail hygiene inspection.

To request a return, contact us using the details provided on our website. A collection will be arranged using our own drivers, and a collection fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund. All returned products are inspected after collection. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval.

Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
